In this historic demonstration, a
Polaris snowmobile was modified
replacing the 2-stroke combustion
engine with a Symetron™ Enhanced
electric motor developed by Raser™.
The small light weight 45 kg motor
delivers up to 120 hp, equal or
greater in power to many popular
2-stroke combustion snowmobiles. The
prototype is a "proof of concept"
design demonstrating the light
weight high power density of Raser's
Symetron™ motor technology.
