The EVP-60 is an AC Traction Motor Drive/Controller designed for use in robust Electric Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid-Electric Vehicle (HEV) propulsion systems. The drive is fabricated using a patented high heat flux thermal design approach that dramatically reduces the size and weight to the finished drive and improves its expected thermal fatigue life in the under-the-hood automotive environment. With extensive experience in automotive and military vehicle electric propulsion traction applications, Raser has achieved a major breakthrough in a compact, reliable, cost effective, and robust Traction Motor Drive/Controller that is designed for easy integration in both new and retrofit EV and HEV propulsion applications.
